    Was initially sent the wrong item (different model), but the seller quickly responded to my direct message, apologized and promptly shipped the correct item. The PSU works as advertised and got the Dell 7050 SFF back up and running. Mistakes happen, but the seller took full responsibility and made things right. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Would confidently recommend TR Reuse Group and purchase from them again!

    Items delivered was just as listed & expected. Great seller communications! Very well packed! Due to weather (ice & snow storm) & rural delivery, shipping took much longer than expected. That was down to the shipper and not the seller. Several computer systems much happier now. Thanks!!

    The items were perfectly described and exceptionally well-packed, with each keyboard individually wrapped with a reinforcing piece of cardboard. One of the items was defective, but the issue was immediately resolved by the seller. Price-wise these lots are a great deal. Superb seller! Thank you!

    La pantalla es usada como dice en la descripción pero llego en perfecto estado. Super bien embalada y protegida. Envío muy rápido. Por ese precio realmente vale la pena. Para una laptop que no valga la pena invertir en una pantalla nueva lo recomiendo. No tiene manchas de papel ni pixeles muertos. Coge la resolución indicada. Recomiendo al seller
