    Was initially sent the wrong item (different model), but the seller quickly responded to my direct message, apologized and promptly shipped the correct item. The PSU works as advertised and got the Dell 7050 SFF back up and running. Mistakes happen, but the seller took full responsibility and made things right. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Would confidently recommend TR Reuse Group and purchase from them again!

    Items delivered was just as listed & expected. Great seller communications! Very well packed! Due to weather (ice & snow storm) & rural delivery, shipping took much longer than expected. That was down to the shipper and not the seller. Several computer systems much happier now. Thanks!!

    CPU shipped quickly and was well packaged in a proper clamshell wrapped with extra cardboard to prevent damage in transit. It works as described, and was surprisingly clean with minimal TIM residue from prior use. I've bought from this seller before, and they always come through. Thanks for always having great deals on quality used equipment!

    5 Star Seller ***** SUPER Fast Shipping, Packaged Extremely Safe, Accurate Description, Great Communication.. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
