Electronic documents are automatically submitted by ebay and put on the label. It is not possible to put any incorrect information. Customer was trying to avoid paying his customs, also tried to open a claim for non-receipt after he finally paid the customs and tried to get the item for free. We would recommend blocking his user ID and canceling any open bids on items.
