  Computer was exactly as advertised, shipping was quicker than expected. Great value for the money. Packaging was intact and the PC works flawlessly. There is a chip in the 'delete' key in the numpad, but that was clearly described in the description of the item, and it was priced accordingly. Would buy from this seller again! 5*.

  Item purchased was cancelled only because it was not compatible with my laptop. Seller received and responded to my message with my laptop model and serial number and responded promptly. Seller cancelled my order with no issues because the item was not compatible with my laptop.
