  I was most impressed with all aspects of purchasing and receiving this item. The seller went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the product’s safe arrival.   The steampunk candle holder is absolutely perfect - just as described by the seller, infact I'd say it's even better than expected. There was an issue with Royal mail but that was out of the control of the seller. Seller communication was exceptional and I was kept in the loop at all times. The candle holder arrived really well packaged- better late than never Royal mail.

  Well, the book didn't arrive, possibly still lurking in the black hole section of the Royal Mail...however, the seller, Maria, was on top of the situation very quickly, and issued a refund. Exceptional positive communication throughout, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again.....

  I am so taken aback as to how beautiful these trees really are, they are more stunning in person and have bought magic into my garden. The service and delivery performance were even better. This seller kept in contact, was very prompt at answering any queries and the delivery was speedy and absolutely hassle free.
