  Great purchase/etc, however item was damaged during delivery. Package was very well wrapped/protected but the damage was clearly caused by a heavy drop. Contacted seller, who promptly arranged for refund of delivery costs. Great gesture and great customer service despite issue. Item was as otherwise described, and I think is good value.

  The item was beautiful and fairly priced, and it was packed very well by the seller. Unfortunately, it arrived completely destroyed due to mishandling by the courier. I’m giving 5 stars based on the item description, as it likely would have matched perfectly if not for the damage during delivery.   eBay estimated 2 weeks for delivery and seller estimated even longer, but they chose a great courier and it was done in under a week! Fab communication with seller and courier. Zero damage in transit. I got the confidence to buy these bookcases from the seller's clear pics and description. Really glad I did it, cos I'll never see another set like them. I'm over the moon, thank you sooo much 🙏

  Fantastic seller, highly recommended! I ordered a mirror which is always a worry but everything came perfectly wrapped & as described . The postage was free as well so great value for money . All in all a very happy buyer 😊

  Goods well packaged, exactly as per photos and description, very pleased with the item as it makes my watch look a lot more presentable and impressive in a classy looking box rather than just lying in a drawer. Fair price, as inclusive of postage. Would certainly have no hesitation in using this ebay seller again.
