  Fast delivery, brand new in box, and exactly what I needed for my 2016 ford explorer. It is a recalled item that Ford was supposed to fix but it's been on back order and when I saw this one and the price, I definitely had to get it! It was very affordable and fit just right. Not only that, after it was replaced, one side fell off in the highway again I'm not sure why BUT I reached out to them and they responded very quickly and within 2 days they sent me out a new one! Amazing customer service!

  I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little skeptical since I tried to order them from a different vendor on Amazon, that didn’t work out. I reached out to see if I can meet in person to make sure what I was buying. They assured me it was legit and they sent me tracking numbers and sent it 2 day mail. I was continuously sent messages reassuring me of my order until it arrived. It is a good feeling to know there are still honest people doing honest work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  First package arrived and was missing parts. Was destroyed in shipping and taped back up. Advised the seller, they reshipped the item free of charge to make it correct. Much appreciated and new package arrived, double boxed and good to go. Thank you. Great service and great seller.

  I was sent the wrong package today. It's some plastic rods that go to a different location. Apparently, the label with my address on it must've been ripped off the package that has the center console arm rest lid and the rear bumper top step pad cover and stuck my mailing address label on to this random package full of plastic rods. FedEx was the one who did the delivery. Either I get the correct items I'd ordered, or I get my money back.
