  The first shipment did not include the hardware. The box had a hole in it so it may have fallen out along the way. Contacted seller and they did a fantastic job of shipping a replacement by FedX. Outstanding communication from the seller. They made it right quickly with no hassle. Very impressive seller and great transaction. Product looks to be good quality and a decent value for the price.

  Product as described , fit and finish are great. Great communication with seller. Only complaint I have is with the seller’s shipper , DHL took way too long to ship the item within the same state as I reside in and lost package for several days before delivering ! Please change your shipper to UPS or FedEX !

  Item was damaged in shipping and broken on arrival. Also was poor fitment for my application due to incorrect item description. Notified seller and they gave a full refund and were going to pass on the fitment issue to factory. Overall the seller was great to deal with in a bad situation . The shipping issue wasn’t there fault at all.

  I purchased the wrong oil cooler kit on accident, and unlike some sellers on here, they instantly refunded me instead of ignoring my cancel request or my messages for days. Like some sellers like to do, and then tell the buyer "sorry it's shipped already" even though you sent a cancel request 5 days ago (you feel me?) Nice! Sorry again about the mistake, thanks for the hassle free refund!
