The first shipment must have gotten lost in the mail because I never received it. Once I contacted the seller a couple of times another item was shipped and received in a timely manner. 4/5 stars due to first package being lost. 4/5 stars due to the time delay in communication.

I was displeased to find this out as it is listed as new, however, the seller was apologetic and offered to send the missing pieces. I was uncomfortable putting an item that had been opened and tampered with on my motorcycle so I requested they allow me to return it. They agreed and paid for the return shipping. The communication and customer service were excellent, so I would consider buying from them again in the future.

Bikes with larger tubes need larger clamps that are not provided. You could mount them to crash bars or other lightbars with 7/8 diameter. Company CN-Biker has good customer service and has reimbursed me for the cost of larger clamps They are very good to deal with despite the time difference in response usually responding in the wee hours of the morning
