  The item arrived quicker than expected.. Very well packaged and cushioned. The engine condition matched the pictures. It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable. I had a few questions before I purchased it and they responded quickly with answers. I am very happy with the service provided by them throughout the whole process.

  Shipped fast and at a reasonable cost. I'm a repeat buyer and it seems they're shipping is a fixed amount on larger items and that is very reasonable. Their packaging is always expertly done. no oversize boxes. I have found, with few minor exceptions, that their descriptions are spot on accurate. Their pricing strategy is like I've never seen on e-bay. It is always the best price for the condition of the item.

  The two HO engines I purchased were as advertised. Packaging was good. What I was most impressed with this seller is their responsiveness to emails. The shipper was not updating tracking info and I thought the package was lost or stolen. I contacted the seller. I received a reply with in a couple hours. They were very helpful. Items being as advertised is to be expected. Responsive help after shipping is a definite plus.

  Excellent eBay vendor. Item arrived well packaged and protected. Item is exactly as described and shown if pictures. It was a super purchase from a trusted vendor that I've used before. Good value for the money. Only issue was eBay' Global Shipping Service - DHL. Apparently they don't like to provide shipment updates when requested. I've complained to eBay about it but they've left me to deal with their Canadian delivery service provider. Pretty lame approach in my opinion.

  Another quality Walthers product, and I already have a couple of these. And the trick is to find a really good deal on them. The seller described the item well, but all I needed to see was the item and the price. And they sent their own email, in addition to the eBay notice, to let me know it had shipped. And it arrived quickly and safely packed in a cardboard box with extra filler around it.

  Five- Five Star seller. Repeat customer here. The locomotive arrived today in perfect order and right on time. Packaged very well. The loco appears brand new, excellent, as described. Even the original box looks brand new. Communication with Trainz was perfect as they answered my questions fast and concise. The price of the loco was right in line with similar Athearn locos on eBay. I am 110% pleased with this purchase and look forward to the arrival the other locomotive I purchased. Thank you!!
