I was asked where I would like delivery to take place, and due to nobody being at home to accept I requested it to be delivered to a shop close by. When I went to collect I was told this item was refused because of the size. However I contacted the delivery company and it promptly arrived the day after. Great service from both seller and delivery company.

There was a slip up on delivery when the wrong address label was inadvertently put on the box, but this was very quickly resolved and the correct item delivered next day when the wrong item was collected. Mistakes happen (we are all human) and to get it all sorted so quickly is great service.

Seller agreed to a return and refund without question. Would not recommend this product however would recommend buying from this seller as very good service.

The packaging (Karcher box) burst open during transit (in Royal Mail) and was not damaged when I received it, but future deliveries would benefit from taping the bottom of the box closed to prevent Royal Mail from damaging the contents.
