    Item arrived in a timely manner, and as described. Although packed in a reasonably sturdy box, the item was damaged during transit. The seller and I reached a mutually acceptable adjustment where I kept the unit for parts, rather than either of us incurring additional expenses to return and restock the unit. I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

    After receiving this item with a bad packaging job and leaving feedback about it, the seller responded, I’m really sorry for that, I will definitely talk to my shipping team about this incident... .     The product was well packaged and arrived faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The condition was as described. I have ordered an used old microscope, which I knew. However, I didnt expect that the microscope may have not been ever serviced, but that's on me and not on the seller. Overall, I'm happy with the product and feel like it was a good value for the price. Thanks!
