    Absolutely one of the best sellers on eBay. He was very patient and accommodating all time, answered every single question and walked the extra mile just to make sure I get the knife before Christmas which was almost impossible as USPS returned the package a week after shipping. It was his first International shipment but he didn't refuse when I asked him kindly, so he was very helpful trying something new for me. The knife itself is pristine and as described. Packaging was excellent. Thank you

    I had an issue with a hole on the item that was not listed in the description and the seller was very gracious and understanding about the problem. Their packaging and shipping were done well and fast, the hole was just an easily missed mistake. I appreciate this seller’s response, thank you.
