  Great company to work with. My first order was delivered with the package torn open and empty. Since it was shown as “delivered” I had no real recourse and they were under no obligation to replace anything. I talked with them, explained the situation and they basically said “no problem” we will ship a replacement and zero additional cost. This is how you do it, Over and above
