  A brand new item with a solid build quality and actually fits the intended vehicle, came well packaged and was quickly dispatched - delivery time to my address wasn't too bad and actually came a week sooner than expected with postal tracking. Looked at second hand, not much cheaper but with the risk they might be damaged or rusted and am glad I went for a new item from this seller.

  The seller has no customer service. The initial item I bought was badly packed and damaged but I decided to repair as the item is well designed. I bought the same again as I needed a second but this time they sent the 200mm version not the 250mm. So far even with an attached photo showing their error they have not sent the correct one out and ignored all communication apart from one they had to which was via eBay refund. Avoid this seller and try and source the item from a reputable seller.

  an excellent carrier, and very cheap compared to other makes, postage was very cheap but Parcel force in UK let you down it took them 4 weeks to deliver and they, parcelforce are very bad with communication. The seller was very quick answering questions.
