I'm very happy to have purchased such great equipment. The original power supply didn't work for me here in Germany. We have a different standard here. I bought a suitable power supply here.     was well packaged seller contacted me instantly to let me know the shipped device might not work and shipped out another one next day regardless of that i tried to buy the incorrect device from seller so i don't have to buy another one i needed for another machine but they insisted i return it which i found kinda odd would have been a win win for both of us i don't have to wait and seller would have saved return shipping oh well to each their own
