    This was the best experience I have ever had at purchasing anything on ebay. After buying the lamp I noticed it would constantly flicker and would not fully function. I contacted Top Rated Tools to explain my issue. I was pleasantly surprised with the response. An immediate apology for the inconvenience and a replacement would be promptly sent which has arrived as promised. Excellent service and I will definitely buy from here again.
