  I was happy to buy opener "for parts" but discovered upon delivery that some critical parts were missing. Pictures in listing obscured parts and listing did not note missing parts. I explained I was willing to buy some nuts and bolts but cost of some critical missing items would push the price above purchasing new. Seller was uncompromising. Beware of Top Notch New and Used.
