  Ordered power jack for my laptop. When it came, the package had a tare, and was empty, the seller was very helpful. He assumed responsibility for the lost part and promptly sent me a new one. I don’t believe this to be anything the seller did wrong, and for him to send me a new one, no questions asked is beyond customer satisfaction. I can see why he has a 100% positive feedback rating. Highly recommend.

  USPS lost my package. I contacted the seller, and they were kind enough to send me a new item. It as not the sellers fault, yet they still helped me out. Massive respect for that!! Shipping on the second item was FAST. Thank you for your help. I really hope you file a claim with USPS to get your money back for the lost item. 100% will buy from again! Highly recommend.
