When they arrived they were slightly smaller than the specified size on the eBay listing, but the difference was crucial. I complained and the vendor offered for me to keep the plugs and he would refund me £3 when the cost had been £9.06. I refused the offer. I was then offered £5. Reluctantly as the plugs had come from China and the return costs would have been significant, I accepted. When I received my refund, it was for the full £9.06. 😵💫

The seller had also previously responded well to my technical questions. All in all this was a very attentive and professional seller I would definitely trust. He was in no way to blame.
