  The packaging was outstanding. The backpack is beautiful brand new just as described definitely worth the value. The shipping took longer than expected it had nothing to do with the seller it was an error at the post office but I finally received it today and im so happy.   Item was exactly as described, very nice. Original factory package was wrapped in paper then enclosed in another box for a safe trip. Item was put out for shipping quickly and shipped on schedule with tracking. Seller made a very good offer from the original buy it now price.   Wowww!!! Amazing packaging! My crystal Baccarat Bear was Super extra duper well protected! Double box, double bubble wrap, extra paper! There was no way this piece could have been damaged on the way! I even asked for FedEx shipping and seller sent it like that at no extra cost! Bear as described! Beautiful and like new! Super recommended seller.

  I received this item exactly as described. All of the parts, including the electrical plug were included. It came with the original box, interior Styrofoam, Velcro binding strap and instructions. It worked perfectly. Very pleased with the transaction. Shipped on time and well packaged. I was late with my feedback due to being out of town. Would do business with this seller again.
