He offered refund my money because he could not deliver the products as advertised, or to ship the damaged at a zero price plus actual shipping. I received a full refund of the money I had paid

  Item arrived on time and packaged well. When I received the phone I found it did not fit my needs. Contacted seller to advise the same. Seller was very cooperative and offered a refund. I accepted the refund and had a very positive experience. I would purchase from this seller again.
