    The seller and communication with the seller were perfect. Delivery was late, and there was no tracking info since July 19th. I received the item yesterday afternoon.

    Love the cover. Magazine described as used. At first blush, I thought it was in much better condition but it turned out to be an accurate description. Definitely some wear and tear. Quick shipping and well packaged. Magazine shipped in a cardboard stay flat inside a sturdy envelope. Fragile sticker attached to the package. Unfortunately, it was raining when the package arrived and it appears to have arrived damp. Shame. A good transaction overall. Thanks.

    Excellent communicator. Fast shipping. Condition - Item came scratched. Packaging is low quality. DVD is in cheap case. No extra support for shipping. Should use cardboard to help protect.

    Faulty disc. Did not play. Contacted seller who refused to refund, replace or believe what I said. I've no idea where this disc came from, but he does not stand by quality. Insisted I return the $12 disc that would cost me $17 to do so from where I live. This is why I am very careful what I buy & who I buy from. Never would I use this seller again nor recommend them. Awful, disrespectful customer service. Surly attitude.

    I asked for the buyer to return the disc before I issue a refund. I have been burned too.....
