    The item arrived from Japan to the US in just 3 days! The seller was indulgent, responsive, and understanding. Packaging was excellent — very secure. There was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier and message translation, so I received a different item than expected.     seller answered all my questions in personal messages before purchase. He also made sure I understood the shipping process due to it being overseas. I purchased and he updated me on when it was shipped, and provided a tracking number. I got the package in a timely manner (post office delayed shipping smh but not the shippers fault). When I opened the box it was package to where it didn't move around in the box and was in excellent shape. Very pleased with service and doing business with them.
