  Unfortunately, the item I ordered was never received. I do not think this was the fault of the seller who appears to be a quality E-Bayer. Giving it a bit more time and still not having the item show up, the seller generously offered to refund the purchase price and said that if it ever showed up to consider it gratis at that point. You couldn't ask for a more customer friendly seller. Anyone would be happy to do business with a seller who recognizes an issue and quickly and fairly resolves it!

  Letter received quickly and was exactly as promised. This was a replacement for a previous purchase that went missing in the mails. If it ever arrives, I will let you know. I appreciate the seller's response in working to make the situation right. Recommended A++
