    I ordered twelve of these, all received in perfect condition. Items were packaged inside two layers of bubble wrap. Each scale included the two AAA batteries required. Some vendors do not include the batteries. Shipment via USPS was delayed for unknown reasons. It was not an issue for me.

    Unfortunately, item did not work upon arrival. However, seller was more than happy to issue a complete refund and didn’t complain once about it. Seller was easy to work with so for that reason I would overall recommend!

    The pump is good equipment. Recommended. Would purchase again. Service was excellent. Setup the pump and noticed the screw in needle valve part of the "Bleed Valve" was missing. Made my inquiry for a new part. Was asked to look one more time in the corner of the box, and if not there, a replacement would be sent. Looked but no luck. I was moving the pump and the missing piece fell onto the counter top, like magic! It was lodged out of sight in the battery cable reel. Shipping time 3 days. Thanks
