  Item was exactly as described. We had a slight delay due to the delivery company but communication was absolutely excellent throughout. The scooter arrived wrapped on a large pallet (which was claimed by someone passing by, within about 2 minutes - and recycled again, leaving us with very little to dispose of!) 100% happy to recommend!   The seller contacted me by email and also phoned me to say the laptop I had purchased had been accidently damaged at the warehouse. He offered me a full refund or choose another laptop. I told him the spec I required. Within 10 mins he contacted me and sent photos of a laptop with same spec, which I was happy with. I thought this was great customer service. I received laptop and it's great. Highly recommended seller and will use again.
