  I'm giving you/them 5 stars so as not to make trouble f but I was not entirely satsified with the communication, they were unclear and sluggish. I also asked about combined shipping (a box of 10 does not service cars without left overs and I am NOT servicing a 5cyl VW/Audi...)so I could get TWO boxes at a MORE fair price! They agreed and then said they only had one left, NO indication of future availability, THEN found them in 4 paks domesticallly at a better overall price per plug,
