  Item was received damaged. Seller was immediately responsive and issued a full refund. I have ordered from this seller many, many times and always a pleasure. I love all my purchases from this seller. Good quality products, shipped on time and delivered fast to me in Canada. Very reasonable prices. One of my favorite sellers.

  The buyer was fully refunded. There was a mixup because there was a extra charge that did not show up on the refund page or i did not see it. I told her i would replace the tile if i had a replacement which i did not. This situation has been resolved and there was never an intention to give her a partial refund or any reason to. The buyer was satisfied with the final outcome so i guess she wrote this before she was satisfied.

  This is the second decorative tile I’ve purchased. They are so lovely and sell at a very reasonable price. It was well packaged and arrived timely. I am thrilled with this purchase. If the seller has an actual store, I’d love to visit it. Thank you for such a nice shopping experience.

  I absolutely love the butterfly art tile. This is my third purchase from vendor, and each piece is beautiful! It was packed very securely to avoid damage. Pricing is very reasonable, and $0 cost for shipping! I will continue to buy my gifts from here.
