  Super pleased with the transaction from thrifty Nick's. The shoes are in great shape and sent in a sturdy carton and sold at a good price too. The description mentioned ordinary wear but because the photos looked good I took a chance and was happy to find them like new! The photos show my old pair and the new pair.

  Even though the item was exactly as described, it was missing a piece that both the seller and myself didn't realise was necessary until after my purchase. When I informed Nick, he was promptly responsive and understanding, and refunded my full purchase price. For the outstanding customer service alone and the ease of communication, I'd buy from Nick again. Thank you!!
