  Item was new, in box, exactly as described. Shipping was also fast and item was packed well. My mother-in-law had this puzzle a few years ago but was heartbroken when she lost some of the pieces. i was so happy to see this replacement was actually available! Plan on giving it to her this Christmas. Only reason I gave shipping cost just 4 stars is because I actually would have preferred a cheaper, slower shipping method since I didn't need the item that quickly. Thanks, Thrifty Jane!
