    Look at the photos on the listing, and compare them to the item photos that I received (see attached). The listing images did not show the damage, which is extreme, and the description indicates that there is no damage. This bag is completely unusable as the chunks of leather are literally falling off the bag! The seller sent an offer to give me half refund, only after I got eBay involved. Seller never even replied to my messages. Unethical seller. I got scammed.

    This is an unfortunate case of buyers remorse. I responded to your messages by offering a partial refund as well as for you to keep the bag. This bag was shipped exactly as shown in the photos. I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase but you have not been scammed.

    The seller did an excellent job packaging and shipping the item quickly. It arrived in good condition. Seller also did a reasonable job explaining the shoes were not sized, and was attempting to estimate the size using a ruler and a manufacturing chart. The estimate was indeed off, and when I offered the boots to a friend with smaller feet, they still couldn’t fit into them. The seller did not fail to disclose that this was an estimate, and I believe the seller was trying to be honest.
