    Exactly as pictured. The lid opener wasn't in the package like it said on the box, but the package was unopened, so I think that was a manufacturing mistake. The seller was awesome and shipped very quickly and offered a great price! Very satisfied with my vacuum sealer and it works exactly as it should.

    Didn't reimburse shipping for broken radio , apparently I didn't notice it was not reimbursed iand there's a three day window to notify. Regardless the seller decided to stick me with the return shipping charges a broken part I forgot to add to return had to be sent back also so that's 24.09 in shipping a portable radio that sold for 37 00 and and this seller decided to dump there problem on me to not pay for what there responsible for. Worst seller I've encounter. Doesn't care

    My friend, If you were to check the order details - you would see that you were completely refunded for this transaction, which includes shipping. I offer free returns on all products, if you were to start a return claim for a damaged item, it would automatically refund shipping and pay return shipping.
