    Item seems as described. Could have been packaged better but the delivery was not great - so many mixed messages from Yodel as usual after it was delivered the website still stated that the item had not been received to their warehouse 6 days prior - please use another provider next time

    Excellent value for money. Being green, it blends in well in my well established garden. Good comms from seller, along the purchase journey. The item was well packed and arrived in 48 hours. Many thanks to this reliable seller.

    The items appear to be fine, what I ordered and in good condition. Unfortunately, the packaging was ripped wide open so I have no idea if there was anything other than the 3 items in the package, such as a receipt etc. The delivery driver didn't mention the damage, he just handed it over in a way that made it less obvious. I presume someone ripped it open for a look, but decided they didn't want it. Very poor delivery service.

    The item itself came exactly as described and on time. Sadly, mine was faulty and had an issue with the motor. However, the seller was very quick to communicate when I messaged them about my issue. They sent me a detailed message of how to do the return and I was refunded very quickly. Fantastic customer service from the seller. Thank you.

    Great service from seller, terrible EVRI service was informed out for delivery so waited in then told parcel was too big and now delayed, turned up two days later and box was smashed and fully open, I was really surprised all items were inside.
