  Package arrived quickly. Packaging was as described and the panniers were basically brand new. Inside one of the panniers contained the removed tags and sizing inserts for the hooks, which was very nice. Very good price for a basically brand new set of panniers, I totally lucked out! Thank you!

  Bike showed up very quick. The packaging wasn’t the best and the plastic stem cover was cracked. I’m not sure if it’s because of the packaging or if it was like that before shipping. It’s not a big deal and the price was so good I’m not worried about it.
