    The item took longer than expected to arrive, but there was tracking. So I was kept up to date on the lateness. Given the small package, I’d be inclined to blame the post office. The item was packaged well. The pictures accurately portrayed the item. Given the age and the fact that the ribbons were delicate, I was not surprised it was ripped. The photos showed hoenestly what I was buying, so I got a good value. I would buy from this seller again.

    My Iluma room items were as described/pictured, very well packaged and shipped fast. I messaged the seller to create a bundle of items with offers and she quickly responded and were very accommodating to my request. Great customer service!     received my purchase and it was as described. It was well packaged and was worth the money I spent on it! This doll boots was something that I had been wanting for time and I had a conversation with the seller who was amazing and very nice to work with. The communication was stellar and I definitely made her one of my favorites and I look forward to becoming a repeat buyer!! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for an amazing shopping experience! 100% satisfied!!!!
