    Shipping caused some of the accessories to pop out of their pockets, but otherwise the box itself was wrapped and protected. Item was exactly as described. Unfortunately my item came broken from the factory. I reached out to this seller and they were immediately responsive and worked with me on a solution for us both. Would happily order from them again.

    Item arrived extremely fast and it’s 100% the exact item described by the seller. Figure and box are brand new just as described and are in great condition! Awesome figure and great addition to my collection! Item was extremely well packaged by the seller and arrived undamaged.     I purchased this effect part three weeks ago, but unfortunately it was defective. The seller provided me a full refund. I purchased another effect part as a replacement, and the seller went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I even received 2 when I only paid for 1. THAT is quality customer service! Not only that, but the effect part fits perfectly in my SH Figuarts Goku Black’s hands. I absolutely recommend this seller and their products if you’re looking for the best quality!!
