  I had problem with the machine when I tried to set it up I coudent get it to work properly I went to a local dealer and said to him about it he said he could set it up for £80 so I contacted the seller about my problems he gave me the permission to have it looked at bearing in mind it is a brand new machine and they wold pay the cost of setting it up and resolving the issue, I have it sorted out and working as it should, Thanks to the seller first class attention and will deal in future top guy.

  Item described as new. Unfortunately whilst the modem was probably new, the packaging was damaged and no power supply or other items as listed on the original packaging were present. However the seller does seem genuine, their communication is excellent and they have agreed to pay for a power supply. It is disappointing as I believe this seller could have unblemished feedback if they were more careful with their listing descriptions.
