I had good service from the 1st one, but suffered minor damage from hurricane Helene. It was still working the same as before the hurricane, but I wanted a bigger antenna to see if it would pick up extra channels. The new one arrived sooner than expected, packaged securely & with prompt communication from seller. A 5-star purchase & recommended seller.
