The amplifier was wrapped in an old blanket and not in packing material like bubble wrap, paper or foam. The top of the box it came in was crushed in, check the photos. The amplifier was a good value though but for 31 dollars for the shipping it should’ve come better packed and delivered with care by Amazon’s shipping service.

Item was described as having light scratches on the back but didn't mention the scratches on the "gold" portions on the front. But I failed to pay close enough attention to the pictures so that's on me. Overall, considering the price, it wasn't a bad deal, shipping was reasonable and timely enough and it was packaged nicely. I'll probably donate it to my lodge. It was for a good cause so I'm satisfied and would do business with seller again.

I did not like that The Salvation Army stated that they would combine shipping. They did combine the shipment but they charged me shipping as if they were shipped separately. I consider that very misleading. I’m sure it did not cost $31.99 to ship one package. Just know this if you buy anything from them.
