  Great seller communication! I had a special request, which they quickly and happily took care of. It really helped me out. Seller took great care in packaging the group of boxes for shippin, so there was no damage. Items were “open box” as described,… and that’s all; all four boxes had only been opened and re-taped, but everything inside was there, unused, and bags unopened. Perfect! Thank you, The Rincon! I hope to do business with you again.

  Buyer Beware. Shipping and tracking went well. I received the product and it had 3/4" inlet and outlet connections instead of the desired 1/2". The seller indicated on the order page that they did not take returns for this item. It cost me $18 in additional threaded brass bushings to complete to project. I contacted the seller and they said that they were sorry, but the supplier was at fault and not them. It came in a box marked 3/4", so I do not agree with their assessment.
