  Used this seller previously and was happy with the whole experience. No complaints on this occasion either , prompt dispatch however delivery slightly delayed due to weather (as messaged from courier) so nothing to do with the seller. Well packed items , all good. Will use again.

  Puzzle looked great on line as wanted for gift. However when it arrived was most disappointed as box badly crushed on one corner spoiling present. Packing was far from protective and would not buy from seller again.
