    Dept 56 Summit House arrived safe and sound and as described. Seller gets 5***! It will be a nice addition to my collection of vintage style homes of a bygone era. This house was made 1984-1985 year only. Seller did an outstanding job of packaging, and I am so happy to find the columns of the house intact! Thank you seller.. it will be one of my prized little houses.

    Unfortunately, FedEx destroyed the ceramic tree I purchased and it was so damaged they wouldn’t even deliver it. They never contacted me and I finally called and found out the bad news. Seller was then notified and was excellent with handling the claim. Refund complete but no ceramic tree…. Seller was very caring and handled everything perfectly! Thank you.

    Fast shipping, great price! Probably could have been packaged a little better. Label was applied to actual box and was also the only thing holding the box closed. Also a vintage box that now has a table stuck to it. Overall a great deal and positive transaction.

    Exactly as described. USPS had an issue and the package got held up, but the seller quickly contacted them and had the issue resolved.
