    I purchased this used older, yet nice cordless design vacuum from this seller. Unfortunately the battery appeared to be charging but wouldn't hold a charge to power the vacuum on. I contacted the seller and they didn't hesitate to kindly address all and any problem that I had with this purchase. Their only concern is good business, service, happy customers, all.
