  The card I ordered never showed up, but that was 100% the post office’s fault—not the seller’s. As soon as I reached out, he responded immediately and went above and beyond to make the situation right. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Mistakes happen, especially with shipping, but the way he handled it showed real professionalism. Because of that, I’ll gladly continue doing business with him. Highly recommend!
