  Item was well packed-they even had the original factory box & packing. Very impressive for a 25 year old component-- especially after some previous dealings with other sellers. I was concerned buying a a heavy item and having it shipped. But they were very responsive and assured me it would be packed well. Item arrived safely and was as described. Actually even better than described. All in all, a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to buy from TMR again. Thank you!

  The item was as described, packaged well, and shipping was timely. However the communication could use some work. I received a generic copy and paste reply to my question that didn’t even answer it. The auction was “or best offer” but all offers were declined with no counter offer and no reply. So don’t expect your offer to be countered or seriously considered.

  Product was exactly as described and in perfect working condition. Everything was properly labeled for easy assembly and initial setup. The price was great for the quality and the packaging was all original with an extra box to protect the identity of the product. Shipping was prompt and seamless. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

  This is a true stereo/music store. The item, although pre-owned, was professionally packed with packing quality same as Amazon’s prime on new items. Item arrived exactly as described. Appearance seems even better than photos had shown. There was a thank-you card inside the package with very warm greetings and promised excellent services. I felt home of my favorite ex-local stereo store. This is my new favorite seller. I cannot recommend TMR more!

  Excellent vendor, purchased a preamp, it was perfectly packed and shipped immediately. The item was in beautiful condition, but noticed an issue which they immediately helped me troubleshoot, and when we determined it was one of four tubes that apparently was not working correctly they shipped me replacements at no cost. That was not part of the deal, this seller cares about their reputation and their customers, I will definitively buy from them again, and so should you if you're reading this!

  Great seller, the CD player was packed it its original box which was then packed in another box and shipped by FedEx with a signature required. It arrives safely without any damage to the box; I like FedEx the best. The CD player looks near mint and works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good deal on any used HiFi equipment. I paid $929 for the Denon DCD-01700NE which was much cheaper that buying it new for $1700.
