    Fantastic, thank you. Item exactly as described, quick delivery, good price. Book was sealed in shrinkwrap and packaged in a padded envelope. The envelope was damaged in transit but fortunately the book was well protected and it arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend this product and seller.

    Item sadly fell out of package but the seller communicated very quick and efficiently with me. Originally ordered a replacement but due to sourcing delays they offered me a refund. Other items from this delivery arrived and i reslly recommend this seller!

    Credit to seller - delivery delayed due to postal service used, with eBay's delivery status inconsistent with the service's own idea of what was going on, but the seller sorted this out extremely promptly once this was pointed out to them. Problems happen, what matters is how they're dealt with, and seller dealt with them well! Item was safely packaged and entirely as described.

    After ordering a CD it turned out to be unavailable so the seller had to re-order from their supplier who sent it directly to me (presumably to save time and P&P, though I was not informed of the despatch) but it never arrived, presumed lost in post. Seller communicated well throughout and was helpful in trying to expedite delivery. When item deemed lost in post the seller arranged a full refund. So, despite all the problems, they tried hard to fulfil the order and provide good customerservice
