  It was shipped very well, it was wrapped in a few layers of bubble rap to keep the package undamaged, there was very good communication about the shipping and etc. The experience was very positive and I would recommend this seller to anybody. It was a 10/10 experience.

  The quality was impeccable, brand new/never worn, still had the tags and is officially licensed. I asked the seller about the hat being licensed which they promptly responded. Thank you so much for the nice and easy communication! Perfect bday gift to myself, a fellow BTTF fanatic!!! Shipping/packaging was also top notch and crazy fast coming from CA! A+++++ SELLER! Will buy from again!

  Item was packaged perfectly and I'm very happy with the purchase. Even though it seemed FedEx took a long time to deliver it (was suppose to arrive on a Saturday but ended up being on a Tuesday), I still have absolutely no complaints with the seller because they did everything they was suppose to do to ensure my customer satisfaction, which is highly appreciated. Thanks again for selling it at a reasonable price, especially since the item was only available at the Disney Parks.

  Glow wings arrived earlier than expected, carefully packaged and exactly as described. Despite being carefully packed by seller and original packaging intact, the glow wings were faulty unfortunately either due to being faulty from when manufactured or an issue occurred during shipping. Seller was very friendly and prompt in all communications. He immediately offered a refund which was appreciated.

  Seller packaged my purchase securely and it arrived with no damage; it basically appears like I bought it in a store at Disney! Very pleased and everything I expected from the description met my expectations without a doubt! I will look at this sellers inventory next time I look to purchase something pertaining to this Magic Band+ purchase. Our next Disney trip is now complete due the pristine condition and price point (value) our purchase showed up in!!!!

  OUTSTANDING SELLER! The item was sent USPS but after 2 weeks it had not arrived. This seller is SO NICE and SO CARING of his customers. The seller refunded me for the item that did not arrive, was so nice about this transaction, and this was of no fault of them. I believe the item was shipped, just lost in USPS. I am SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL for how nice and caring this seller is. Thank you!
