    This took a little time because I did not use the item right away. First, I received it quickly. I could not believe the packing. They actually MADE a box to ship the item in it original box ( which it's self was in mint condition) with bubble wrap! Excellent!! Then, to my delight, the steamer was, as stated, BRAND NEW, NEVER USED!!!🤗🤗 I am SUPER pleased with this transaction, and WOULD NOT HESITATE to buy from this merchant again. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience😊
