  After some delivery issues from UPS and/or USPS. My cards were sent and delivered. During the hiatus due to the winter storms in Texas, The Jolly Roger Store was kind enough to send me qty.2 free One piece booster packs for free. That was the nicest gesture anyone has done for me when it comes to ordering cards on Ebay.
